
Plant Based and Gluten Free Foodie
Good food is one of my biggest passions in life. Nothing brings me more joy than sharing a meal, discovering new ingredients, and dreaming about what’s for dinner.
I have been interested in food since I was a little kid, and started working in professional kitchens when I was 18. I have baked and cooked in both vegan/allergen friendly and traditional kitchens, and have been developing my own recipes to serve vegan and/or gluten free customers and friends for a few years. I knew what it was like to show up at a restaurant “with vegan and gluten free options” and be offered a crouton-less, dressing free salad, so I made it a priority to create exciting meal options for those with dietary restrictions.
I no longer work in the food industry, but I still love cooking and baking for friends out of my own kitchen. I wanted to document the recipes I have created that continued to satisfy vegan, gluten free, and omnivorous eaters alike.
I believe that food should be a celebration of what makes me feel good. Sharing food makes me happy, veganism makes the world happy, and gluten free foods make my digestive system happy!
